About The Artist
Rebecca Jackson (b. 1998) is a printmaker and multidisciplinary artist based in Virginia. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Printmaking from George Mason University in 2021.
Rebecca developed a passion for art at a young age. Coming from a military family, she grew up with an ever-changing environment as her family moved every 3 years, and art became one constant in her life. Due to this, her work explores themes of ephemerality, permanence, and self-discovery through the use of both traditional and experimental processes.
She is currently working at a screen printing shop in Virginia and is beginning to freelance. She was recently commissioned to create album art for Boston-based bands Gollylagging, Dino Gala, and going222jail.
